Mohit Marwah is a Bollywood actor, best known for his first feature film Fugly, produced by Akshay Kumar, and Raag Desh directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. He appeared in short films such as Strangers in The Night produced by Dharma Productions and directed by Shakun Batra, and in Love Shots produced by Yash Raj Films.

Mohit Marwah is the eldest son of Sandeep Marwah, founder of Noida Film City, and his wife Reena Kapoor-Marwah.His mother, Reena, is the daughter of Surinder Kapoor and the sister of Boney Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor.He is a first cousin of actors Sonam Kapoor,Arjun Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor. As well as the young film producer Rhea Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, daughters of Boney Kapoor andSridevi.Marwah has a younger brother named Akshay Marwah.In February 2018 in Al Jazirah Al Hamra, Marwah married Antara Motiwala, niece of the former actress Tina Munim (wife of the industrialist Anil Ambani). Her aunt Sridevi died in Dubai after attending her wedding.

Mohit Marwah began his career as Deputy Director of Vikram Bhatt.Engage in the activities of the production process of three films, namely Elaan (2005), Jurm (2005) and Deewane Huye Pagal (2005).

He starred in a short film "The Audition" produced by his brother Akshay Marwah, directed by Karan Boolani and music supervised by Amit Trivedi. He also made a short film later produced by Karan Johar called "Strangers in the Night" presented by Dharma Productions and directed by Shakun Batra.

Subsequently, he got his break in the mainstream when was signed by Akshay Kumar for the feature film Fugly in front of Kiara Advani

Recently, he starred in a video starring Anmoll Mallik, the debut single of the singer's daughter and music director Anu Malik, Lamhein, which is a reenactment of Coldplay's success in 2011, Paradise. featuring Mohit with Anmoll herself.

In 2014, Mohit was named one of the best men dressed in Bollywood by GQ India. Joining his celebrity status as a fashion star, were famous personalities like Saif Ali Khan, Abhay Deol, Shahid Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and Ayushmann Khurrana.

He was also featured in GQ India's flagship collection, released in the spring and presented by Italian fashion label Gucci.
