Roshan Abdul Rahoof was educated at Indian School "Scholars Indian United Arab Emirates" and "Rajah Senior Secondary School, Chavakkad, Kerala" while traveling to Kerala with his family a few years ago in Abu Dhabi . He is currently in college and is pursuing BCA (first year).
Roshan's older brother Abdul Rahoof is a dancer. So, he was also inspired by his brother, and he also started to learn dance. He trained in dance, including Hip-Hop, Salsa, Contemporary and a few others. In 2016, he and his brother participated in the Malayali D3-D 4 Dance Season 3 reality show and finished 4th in the final.

After participating in D3-D 4 Dance Season 3 (2016), he gives dance workshops in various places. In 2017, he won the lead role in a film based on a teenage love story called "Oru Adaar Love". In February 2018, the song "Oru Adaar Love" entitled "Manikya Malaraya Poovi" was published. The release of the song proved fortunate for both tracks of the film. The main female protagonist, Priya Prakash Varrier, stole a lot of heat with her wink in the song while the adorable actor Roshan has also gaga on his cute expressions his female audience.
He has a YouTube channel with his two brothers named 'Selfie Madness'. On the channel, he publishes comic dance covers of old new Bollywood and Malayali songs.
