| Yash Dasgupta is best known for her roles in Bojhena Se Bojhena and Na Aana Is Des Laado. Yash Dasgupta won the Glam King title at the Kung Streax Glam Hunt Unish held in Kolkata. Subsequently, he moved his base to Mumbai to pursue his theater career and joined the theater school, got his first break as an actor in the television industry. Yash Dasgupta said in an interview with TImes of India: "I attended a theater workshop at the Roshan Taneja theater school and I also worked in some Hindi series. He is a participant in the most desirable men of Calcutta Times in the coveted Top Ten. Dasgupta began his acting career in selective roles on national television. He played a loving son like Suraj Dharamraj Mahiyavanshi in Bandini (TV series). A character with gray shades like Ketan Sanghvi with Ram Kapoor in Basera (TV series 2009) He played the role of Karan (the son of Santosh, Diya and the cousin brother of Jhanvi), in Na Aana Is Des Laado, a story that deals with the social evil of female infanticide, and focuses on the problems faced by women in a male dominated world. In earlier Kolkata on Yash had also participated in ETV Bangla reality show of celebrity dance "Ritur Mela Jhoom Tara Ra Ra" which was directed by Shiboprosad Mukherjee 2013-present Yash played the popular role of Aranya Singha Roy with Madhumita Sarkar (Pakhi Ghosh Dastidar), in Bojhena Se Bojhena a young business mogul, a Bengali adaptation of the popular television series Hindi Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? aired on Star Jalsha from November 4, 2013 to June 18, 2016. In 2015, Yash had an accident on the sets of "Bojhena se Bojhena" where his forearms were burned while he was filming a Diwali sequence. |
