Yuvarathnaa is an Indian Kannada-Telugu language action film. Directed by Santhosh Ananddram and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The film features Puneeth Rajkumar, Sayyeshaa Saigal, Sonu Gowda, Dhananjay, Vasishta N. Simha, Boman Irani & Prakash Raj in lead role. (2) Yuvarathnaa Cast & Crew:
After blockbuster Raajakumar, Santhosh Anandrram has teamed up with the Puneeth Rajkumar again for Yuvarathnaa which is funded by Hombale Films. Sayyesha is making her Sandalwood debut with the flick, which is billed as a family entertainer packed with necessary commercial ingredients.
Hombale Films-funded Yuvarathnaa has Dhananjaya playing the antagonist with veteran actor Prakash Raj enacting an important role. The music for the film is composed by S. Thaman, whilst cinematography was handled by Venkatesh Anguraj and editing done by Jnaneesh B Matad respectively.

(10) Yuvarathnaa Story / Plot:
At the government-run RK University, Sameera commits suicide after failing her exams despite being a brilliant student. Gurudev Deshmukh, the principal and her mentor, is distraught and starts a petition against the private colleges for depriving public institutions of funds and their students of opportunities with the support of Bengaluru District Commissioner Samarth Baghwath. The private colleges, led by Antony Joseph, retaliate by sending rowdies to schools across the state to stop the petition, but student leader Arjun fights them off and is kicked out of the college. He gets himself admitted into RK University as a student to investigate the private college sent rowdies, and sees first hand as they drive the school to ruin by disrupting studies, harassing students and supplying drugs. He also meets Vandana, a medical lecturer, and the two get closer. While she initially falls for him, after seeing him standing by when other students are beaten and packing drugs in library books, she doubtsd his intentions. After some time, Arjun runs into a figure he recognises and chases him down. Learning his true intentions, Arjun takes his place and meets with Antony and the rest of the gang, which include education minister Raghav Reddy, who has been posing as Gurudev's ally, who conspire to assassinate Gurudev when he delivers the petition to the court. However, Arjun foils the attempt and it is reveal he had actually acted earlier, putting in anti-drug medicines instead and working to rehabilitate the addicts. Nevertheless, the school is closed due to the drug problem, and is only temporarily reopened when Gurudev appeals to the accreditation board.
When Gurudev sees his file after Arjun gets in trouble for beating up goons, he is shocked to see that Arjun is actually Yuvaraj, an intelligent but angry student who had been expelled twelve years back after beating a lecturer. Yuvaraj reveals that he had come to save the school and exposes the truth to Gurudev. Gurudev later learns that Yuvaraj had beaten the lecturer as he had been sexually assaulting a female student and that he actually became a teacher. Realising his mistake, he forgives Yuvaraj and lets him on as a professor. After clearing up the misunderstandings with Vandana, the two fall in love. As a lecturer, Yuvaraj cleverly motivates his students, brings attendance up, raises school spirit and encourages them to take more control of their education and follow their dreams. However, Antony still makes various attempts to impede the schools progress and fail the criteria for staying open. After an incident where the kabaddi team's glucose is swapped for illegal substances, causing their disqualification, Yavaraj realises that Samarth had betrayed them and spied for Antony. After Samarth is kicked out, Antony and his gang conspire to disrupt the exams. Realising this, Yuvaraj patrols the school and stops various rowdies posing as exam integrity checkers from impeding the students. Despite some close calls, the exams proceed peacefully. Meanwhile, Samarth realises his mistakes and confesses the gang's crime, leading to Raghav and Antony getting arrested for their crimes. With all students having passed the exams, the film ends with everyone at the university celebrating.
