Gopalakrishnan Padmanabhan Pillai (born October 27, 1967), better known by his stage name Dileep, is an Indian film actor, mimicry, producer, assistant director and businessman. Dileep began his film career as an assistant director in Kamal's 1991 film, Vishnulokam. He achieved popularity through his acts of mimicry in stage performances and Comicola, a comedy television series broadcast on Asianet.
